Quick pick-up, on-time delivery. My silk/cotton carpet was quite sun-faded from the skylight. Nothing could be done about that, of course, but it made the need for a good cleaning just that much more obvious. RORW did an excellent job, and now, my still-faded but CLEAN carpet is once again adding to the ambience of my living room. Thanks, RORW!

I have a number of oriental area rugs in my home, and I've have been having Reno Oriental Rug Wash working through all of them, cleaning and making any needed repairs. Alex has done a wonderful job - the quality of the work he does is excellent, and it is a pleasure to work with him. Alex is superb with caring for our oriental rugs. He has repaired them and cleaned them. They return in beautiful shape. He is very knowledgeable and recommends what should be done to keep them looking their best for years.

Just called to talk with Alex about a Rug that I have that needs to be cleaned. He was very open and honest and said that given the price of the rug that I paid for it, it may not be worth the cleaning. He can totally get it cleaned and is happy to do it, if that is what my wife wants. He didn't pressure sell and it was what was best for me and my wife. Given the honesty and general good feeling that I got from Alex, he will always be the place I take my rugs to get cleaned.
