Room was compd ...need i say more ????
I really liked this place! Very friendly, helpful staff! Great service with a smile at the players club or registration desk! Great friendly service at the slot machines! Also the drink server was friendly and timely. We didn't have to go look for anyone because they were consistent in doing there rounds
From the moment you arrive it is clear you are welcome and safe! Boomtown was exceptionally clean and peeps kept very safe distance. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean! I have to say this is our favorite spot as this was our 3rd stay. Steakhouse rib eye is the way to go oysters fantastic! Thank you Boomtown especially in these times keeping it real and fun! Lol forward to going back in 2 weeks!!!!
Always a fun place to eat, abd good food. The parking here has been good so far, and they keep there parking lot clean. The customer service is friendly, but the drink server need some attitude change when it comes to serving drinks. I can understand they probably deal with allot of people, or tired waling all day. The bathrooms are always clean.
Great service at Mel's and the kids loved playing at the fun center. Only gave 4 stars because not everything was up and running like the carousel and such. Great service still all the way around. The rooms are decent size and the beds are also decently sized and comfy.
