Place was a blast very nice staff and spent way to much money
Austin was amazing at accommodating my husband and I when we decided to stay an extra night on Saturday night during spring break. I was very impressed at how professional and polite he was. His customer service is undoubtedly a 10 out of 10. Austin, you're the real MVP, man! Thank you for making our vacation better by squeezing us in!
Dissatisfied with the visit at this hotel. Stains on the bedding in the first room and it smelled like strong air freshener, was given another room and the smell was still there. In the morning the maid service cleaning others room was so loud. Come on really, we paid good money and deserve to relax while our stay. Had to walk to other casino's to get dinner. I understand the whole covid thing going but you should be able to get dinner in a better way. Next time not be staying here, will be going to a different hotel.nThe owner sent me a message asking for my information to contact me about the issues that I had with our stay and never responded. Just shows that they don't care about their customers. It was a getaway for my Birthday and they stay in this hotel was horrible. Like I said before I was unsatisfied with this hotel. Now that they never contacted me made it even worse. If I could I would give them a 0 star. We've stayed hotels and never was this unsatisfied.
Nice, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. My only problem is that when we first checked in on the 29th, my debit card was charged $115 for the room. We decided to stay a second night at the same price. When checking out, I was told my final bill was $230... Which they charged to my debit. Which went through...But the original $115 charge is still pending on my account... For a total of $345... I hope I can be confident in the $115 being credited to my account soon. But I don't understand why they didn't simply add another charge of $115 to the original for a total of $230 as opposed to holding an extra $115 of my money
