I go to atlantis atleast 4 times a week. I have never had any trouble in the 1 year I have been going. Tonight the floor manager came up to me and said I was banned for drinking to much.I had no warnings and I was talking to a lot of different people there. I complained cause I knew I did nothing wrong. I complained and all they had to say was sorry the bartender and the waitress said it was you.i hadn't left a table in atleast 4 hours.As I was betting on the $100 table they were talking to me and I asked if I could take my bet back cause the floor manager was talking to me. They said sir you still have to play the hand weather you win or lose it doesn't matter if we are talking to you or not. So if I ask to take my bet back due to the fact I can't play cause a floor manager is talking to me. How is that fair. I thought this was the best casino cause of the staff but I was wrong. I wouldn't ever recommend gambling here again.

If you win any money they will kick you out. I won $200 and the slot manager banned me from gambling. I now play at peppermill. I also take all of my business to peppermill. I eat at peppermill, I use the peppermill spa. I take my kids to the peppermill arcade and we stay at the hotel at peppermill. They don't harrass me if I win money. The Peppermill appreciate my loyalty and business. I also tip staff very well.

Never going to this casino again. It was so disgusting to see how they blatantly disregard people over their preferred clientele. Due to covid there is a certain amount of people per table, you have to wait your turn. Unless you’re white and have money and if you try to stand up for yourself they call you hostile and threaten to call security.

Last weekend Atlantis invited me to their annual super bowl viewing party. When I registered I received an envelope with my name printed on it. Inside the envelope were two wrist bands to get in, one raffle ticket and a letter on Atlantis letterhead explaining times etc for the event. The letter also states that after the game at 6pm swipe my Saphire players card (yes Saphire) at kiosk and receive my special event free play. At 6 promptly I was in a huge line for kiosk witnessing those in front of me receiving very generous free play offers. They were no less than $50 and as much as $3000! How exciting! But alas I was given none. For the next six hours employees told me to keep waiting or talk to my casino host who is not present or to just be thankful I got to go to the party and zim not getting any free play a y as the letter says I would. Really mean and unfair, mright?! Illegal? I don't know but seems to me a Saphire card holder would of course get the free play especially because I saw members with introductory level player cards getting very handsome amounts. Any suggestions how I might handle this situation?
