This carwash is close to my daughter's school so very convenient. I've never had a problem with a wash so I'd highly recommend it.
Wash bay very dirty, sand and mud. I had to wash a path to get back into my car without tracking it into my car.
The place was clean the price was good recommend to anybody who wants to wash their car
Best touchless in Reno.
Usually go through the self wash so I can rake my time and get everything the way I like it. This location is usually not too busy, everything works well, and it's got everything you need in one spot. With the self wash stalls closed due to the issues going on these days, I went through the automatic carwash today and have to say I'm impressed with the wash and management of the car wash. The machine took a $10 but only registered as a $5 so I got the lower level wash and left a message at the number on the machine. Car looks great, much better than I expected from an automatic wash, and I received a call back very quickly from who I'm guessing is the owner or manager. He was very polite and helped resolve the issue quickly. Great customer service and he made sure everything was good before I left. Malfunctions are to be expected on occasion when dealing with any type of machine but the owners response is what made the difference here. Definitely recommended this location.
