The company I work for tried to use this company! The customer service was HORRIBLE!! Weenie was a book of excuses. I am actually very embarrassed for her. I really don't understand how a company can be ran like this! I would have not given any stars but had to. I DO NOT recommend to anyone!!! I will be sure to let anyone who may ask about recommendations for septic services not to use this company. Should of in the first place, gone local!!!

We live in a tricky area, tons of rocks and shallow soil. We got several estimates from several companies, and York was the one that came in at the best price with the best knowledge of how to handle the slope and the soil. Jeromy was professional and knowledgeable, they took only THREE days to install a new septic system and remove the old one, and even were able to eliminate the pump we thought we would need. Came in under budget and sooner than expected. Great guys!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an unnamed competitor who was trying to steal York Septic's Name and reputation. Jeremy and York's crew corrected a bad installation and has always been responsive, professional and courteous in providing service.

Communication from the office was complicated. Job was completed but it took a long time to get them here.

I do not normally give bad reviews unless warranted. My husband and I are disappointed with York. I called York to get a quote on either moving our current septic tank or purchasing a new one a few weeks ago. The receptionist promised me a call back that day. Day came and went no call back. I called again the next afternoon as we are currently trying to get our property ready to build our house. We wanted to go with York as they are whom we purchased the septic tank from years ago. The next day when I called she actually asked for more information and I gave her the info needed from original sale. She said that “Jeremy” would meet us at our property at 1130 the following Saturday to give us quotes. I made it very clear that when up at our property we do not have the best reception and if he could not find it to call me. 1130 came and went, my husband was up working that morning I’m the property anyways. Finally about 150 ish I get a call from “Jeremy asking for better directions. No I am sorry I am late or was lost for two hours or whatever his excuse was. Never got an excuse and felt as we were an annoyance from him. I explained I would need to call my husband and make sure he was still up there since it was so late passed the time we were told. No apologies or anything from “Jeremy” and he just hung up on me when I said I would call him right back. Caught my husband as he was leaving, called “Jeremy” back and no answer or call back after I left a message. I called and left a message on the business line as well, with no call back come the following Monday I called the main office again. The receptionist was super nice and scheduled the next Saturday for ten am. She was communicating with Jeremy while I was on the phone and this was the time he picked. My husband works a lot and it takes us an hour from our current house to our property. I picked a point that they were familiar with and we agreed to meet there. This past Friday I called to confirm we were still on. She didn’t know who I was and said she would remind Jeremy of the appointment and not to worry that he would call us if he would not be able to make it. Saturday morning about nine am we realized we were going to be a few minutes late, unlike them I am courteous and aware of other people’s time. I called Jeremy and left a message stating we would only be about five to ten minutes late, no call back. Low and behold we showed up and again no call no show. Tried calling Jeremy again and his voicemail was full. I then left another voicemail on the main office number expressing our disappointment and requesting a call back. It is now 2 pm on Monday and not surprised we have not heard from them. I have never worked so hard to give some one my business before. Shame on us for thinking they would actually show up the second time and for even toying with the idea of still giving them our business. All we have received is the run around. We have wasted our time and pushed back progress on building our house due to this. We wanted to give them our business as my husband was happy with their service at the time he purchased our existing septic system. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere. If anyone reading this can suggest another septic place it would be greatly appreciated. I am extremely disappointed as I felt that the receptionist was just telling me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. Worst customer service ever from any company I have ever dealt with. I hope this review will sway others from making the same mistake we did. One star is two good of a review for this company.
