I had Al come out to check on my furnace. They scheduled me the next day. He showed up on time and did a thorough check; he was honest and told me the furnace does not put out enough btu's for the square footage. He did not try to sell me anything or try and push any other services. He is honest, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Nja! I'm going to have him do my install on my new furnace.

I had a leaking garden spout that has caused me to turn off the water for long periods of time to prevent any damage to the foundation. So I have had less access to water which is an obvious inconvenience.nnThey were only able to schedule me 5 days later, which seems far but I figured I could deal with it. They also stated that the plumber likes to show up early and will call. They never showed up on the time/day they told me. They never called to tell me they were here. I had to reschedule because they told me they had showed up and no one was here. However, they scheduled me for a time that I told them I could not be there for.nnThey rescheduled me for the next morning, which I was okay with dealing with one more day without water.nnThe next morning they never showed up. I called an hour after the appointment time and they just hung up on me without saying hello or anything.nnIf you decide to try this service out, you run the risk of not having anyone show up and wasting your time and potentially prolonging any inconveniences of not having water or possible damage to your property. I’ve had to wait nearly a week now without water because of the incompetence of this business and have to resort to calling someone else when I could have done that in the first place.

I would NOT recommend this company at all. He charged me over $1000 to replace a sink. He was keep taking and taking , and go somewhere to get parts for the sink. After everything done, cost was including his chatting, lunch time, and trip to get a tool he forget. He charged hourly, and it took all day to finish. It still makes me so angry to remember this happen. Stay away from this company.

First off, as with any repair or work to your home- get a written quote.nnAs for NJA - the work itself is fine but it’s the irresponsible business practices and dishonesty that I would steer very clear away from.nnIt seems that in here there may be a few people that trust and continue to give him work. But it’s unfortunate that the same level is not consistent all the way through.nnHe will overcharge you without it being warranted and not come through on promises. If you are out here east of Albuquerque there are much more reputable places to hire that yes a re a bit more money- but you will get the job done correctly and not by someone who cannot back up their word.nnI would NOT recommend NJA to anyone and warn any potential or returning clients to look elsewhere, even in an emergency situation.nnB&D, Davidson’s, even TLC are far better choices and worth the wait to schedule them out.nnAnd fair warning- referencing any negative review like this or any other one to him, he will go on and on about how that person doesn’t know what they are talking about and anything else he can do or say in a disrespectful manner trying to “buy” your business. He will also play the racial card as he went on and on about stories of such.nnIt’s such a shame that in a small community in Edgewood, NM that someone can operate like this. It shows me that the only reason his schedule was accommodating is from the lack of referrals or work he can get. Again, even in an emergency situation - go elsewhere.
