Cheerful contacts at every level. My laundry came back very clean. The man who picked up my clothes and brought them back was quick, kind, helpful, and friendly. The person on the phone when I called for laundry service was knowledgeable, responsive, and able too answer my questions.

Immediately upon arrival at this business and reading the posting on the door (for free cleaning for an interview “outfit” for an unemployed individual) I was immediately aware that this business was community-minded and compassionate.nI took a white linen tablecloth stained with food and red wine in to have it cleaned. It came back “brand new”.nThe personnel that greeted me were friendly, helpful and efficient.

The Cleanery offers a great service picking up and delivering laundry. Clothes are professionally cleaned and additional attention is always taken care off when requested. Communication via text messaging is convenient and detailed for pick up and drop off days. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and will continue to give my business to The Cleanery.

First of all we selected them by recommendation of other users. I had a set of very precious antique curtains that I wanted to be clean. Took the curtains to them and they examined them and said that they would advise me not to clean them for fear of colors running. I really appreciate their honesty over a sale!

This is the best cleaners in the city. They have never ruined my clothes unlike some others. They are efficient and very pleasant to deal with when picking up or dropping off clothes.
