Following COVD-19 policy's, satisfied with drive up service at this time.

Covid-19 time. They expect people to come in cars, but I came by bicycle. I was first in line, and it took 10 minutes for a person to come out. She was accompanied by a Securitas employee. They cannot provide an address for the purpose of getting official mail from like the DMV or other government agencies, and she didn't know of any organizations that can provide an address. Very limited hours of operation.

I did not have to wait long. The people are always helpful & take the time to answer your questions. If they can take care of it in the computer instead of making you wait to see somebody they will. I like the fact that they try to get you taken care of as quickly as possible. We've been in places where you sit for most of the day & it was usually for something that took 5 minutes!

I remember when we went into the office and I remember why machine can never do the job of a human in a personal situation!!

Anyone know a good phone # for them? This number they show is no good
