I have stayed there several times. The management is friendly and helpful. The motel is a bit dated. Water closets and A/C are fairly new. However, several rooms don't have working bathroom exhaust fans. Shower curtain rods/ bars ( curved style ) loose and hanging so the curtain won't stay closed. Several lights out. Need bulb replacement. Tells me they're cheap.
Our bed was in such poor shape. My side of the bed was permanently worn and there was a hollow spot making the bed lumpy and uncomfortable. There was no fitted sheet on the bottom and the sheet they used barely covered the top of the mattress and kept creeping up during the night. The bathroom was Tiny and although there was shampoo, there was no conditioner available. The staff was super friendly though and the place was clean.
Will most definitely come back room was clean they put us in a room that was convenient and the people very nice
Very friendly front desk, clean room and pet friendly. We had no toilet paper in the room. I would have rated it 4, if not for the toilet paper issue.
Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Didn’t intend to stop in Ft Sumner but I got a late start and needed to stop for the night. Bathroom is tiny, but the room is clean, bed is comfy, and the price was great.
