They put a hole in my ac coils while changing out a part. Then tried to get 5400.00 to repair what they damaged. They still billed me for the part replaced, and when they called asking about the bill, I had asked when they were coming out to fix what they broke at which point they told me the owner would be in contact with me. I never heard from the owner and just found out the bill (148.00) was turned over to creations. So not only did they destroy my ac unit, they went after my credit score also.
