First time back since shelter in place. Very organized process. Phone call for screened appointment, wait in Covid-19 seating to be greeted, offered sanitizer and sit in service chair. Very professional, outstanding cut (even with my mask on) great haircut (as always) pay and out the door. No more waiting. Great experience!!!
Excellent customer service and care, hot towel cleaning in the end make you feel great right after haircut
During the COVID-19 pandemic, you will receive a phone call confirming the following: you are not experiencing COVID symptoms, you have not been in contact with COVID, you have not recently left or entered the country.nnUpon arrival, you will be asked to wait outside until your appointment time. You will be required to wear a mask during your appointment.nnAll workers inside are wearing masks and there is ample hand sanitizer available.nnOverall - the staff was friendly, personable, and most importantly, health conscious.
Place is nice, as typically are the staff, and you usually get what you pay for. Luck of the draw. As with all Supercuts, 1:4 haircuts will leave something to be desired.
Very helpful & friendly staff there despite a little minor confusion w/ my ecard that ensued. Overall, I'm enjoying my lovely new short bob do. Whew
