It started out with a Zoom consultation where she helped me materialize what I was looking to have done, a balayage, and she squeezed me into her schedule promptly!nOnce I arrived to the salon I felt very safe (covid) I waited to be called into the salon, and immediately had my temperature taken and a covid survey complete, a very professional and reassuring intake process. The atmosphere in the salon she works with/in is so classy and modern, not to mention comfortable.nSince we had already done the consultation on Zoom she was able to just get right to work, Leandra has such a meticulous and calm way about her work, you can tell she has decades of great experience. I noticed as she was starting the balayage that there was absolutely no harsh smell, as I would expect while bleach/lightener was being applied, so I really could sit back, breathe deep and relax without any irritation.nShe recommended at home hair care products while working with me too, that are all organic and fair trade, but also would better my hair health after lightening it, that I can order through her and have delivered to my home within the week, I’m still trying to decide what I’ll be buying. I’m excited as it definitely seems like a great perk of working with her!nI was blown away with my gorgeous locks once she styled my hair to perfection, the perfect sun-kissed look achieved!! My hair also was even softer and shinier, as she had used products throughout the whole process to protect and improve my hair/cuticle health, it definitely shows. Leandra kept my comfort and hair health in mind the whole time I was in her chair, and her talent shows 1000% in the final result.
