What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Proactive Plumbing from Jennifer who answered the phone to Mike and his crew it was an amazing experience. Let's be honest no one looks forward to calling a plumber as it usually means something is very wrong. No surprise I had a major block in a main line that caused some flooding in my house. I explained the situation to Jennifer on the phone and she got word to Mike and he was at my house literally less than two hours later and had our problem diagnosed and fixed faster than it is taking me to write this review! Very reasonable on the price and superior service. Do not hesitate to call Proactive if you need a plumber emergency or not they will take care of you

Nate did a wonderful job! He even caulked around the toilet and secured the lid better than the hardware it came with. We had the same toilet put in our other bathroom from a different company and they didnt caulk. We will call proactive plumbing in the future for any other work we need done. Affordable and they take pride in their work. We had difficulties with home depot and our order and nate and mike were very helpful with the hime depot droppin the ball on our toilet. Thanks guys. Will reccomend you

I was very happy with the service that I received from Mike and team at Proactive Plumbing. I called them for a hot water heater replacement after my old one started leaking. They were able to get me in earlier than expected and the price was very competitive with other bids. Also, they got me up and running faster than I had hoped. When Mike came back to finish up a few small parts of the job (insulation on pipes and a drain line), I noted a couple of concerns I had with accessibility to the service line and some of the vertical piping being very slightly askew. Even though everything worked very well, the pipes being just a hair off level bothered me. They fixed it on the spot with no questions asked and no charge even though I offered payment. Kudos to Mike and team for a job well done and I will certainly be using them in the future.

Called them on a weekend, due to a leak in the kitchen. They were incredibly helpful and able to triage over the phone, saving a bunch of time and money. 10/10 recommend, and will use again in the future!
