My Husband & I worked with Dan to find our dream home in Vermont.nnAt the first consultation we described what we wanted - a mid century modern that needed some work and had something special and unique about it.nnThe Burlington area house market can be stressful - many homes can be sold within days. I sent Dan many homes that he knew right away were not right for us and did not waste our time. He kept his eye on the prize.nSoon after our search began, he excitedly called be up saying he found exactly what we were looking for. The listing had come on the market earlier that evening and he had us in there the next day. We put an offer in the next day and he guided us with he best strategy to get our offer accepted amongst multiple other offers.nnUltimately, I am sitting here having a glass of wine looking out on the Adironacks and Lake Champlain in our new home.
