Called at four pm and tech arrived by 4:15. Awesome tech. Awesome job fixing my basement drain clog. That's why I use this company all the time. Tech was Ryan Leary, tech #3158. Great experience. Would highly recommend above other large services.
*Reviewing on behalf of my parents who received excellent service from Ruiz.*nnRuiz was on time and greeted my father in such a friendly, professional way! He came to unplug our kitchen sink sewer pipe. When Ruiz looked at the sink, he assessed the problem and was confident that he could get it fixed and clear it without too much trouble. My father had been working on it for days so was a bit skeptical, but Ruiz was respectful and reassured my father that he could get the job done. Truth be told, Ruiz fixed the sink we’ve been unable to use for the past week! He was so friendly and personable- Ruiz made my parents feel like they could really trust him and that’s so important when someone comes into your home to fix something. 10/10 recommend Ruiz, 5 stars, give that guy a raise! Thank you Ruiz and Roto Rooter for the amazing experience and service.
I had a really great experience. Ryan showed up super quick and assisted with the job! He was helpful with explaining to me what the issue was and what to do to prevent it next time. He was pleasant and comfortable with my dog which was really good. I would highly recommend this company.
Loved that we were able to schedule a same day appointment at no extra cost. The dispatch team and repairman were extremely friendly. The service was fast, efficient, and they even had a $60 coupon online! The repairman also practiced social distancing and wore a mask the entire time, which we greatly appreciated it. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the great work!
We called for an emergency service and within an hour Chris showed up to save the day! He was so kind, so nice to my dog and absolutely knew what he was doing. He resolved the issue and helped me understand what I need to do next. Very much appreciated! I told him I would give a million stars but I’m limited to 5.
