Walt's Roast Beef

This location doesn't have a drive-thru. Also, note the fish can only be ordered on Wed./Fri. Staff was friendly. I wanted turkey/salad which both was unavailable. My bf who loves their roast beef was available. They do have a diverse menu, but I'm not sure why certain items were unavailable. Other than that, food is always good.

I haven't had a Walt's roast beef sandwich in a couple of years and it was delicious. The wait was almost 15 minutes and there were only 2 people ahead of me. It appeared there were two people working, one on the counter and one preparing the orders. The sandwich was 5 stars but the wait was a three.

Not fancy, just good basic roast beef sandwiches with a few extras. They do have chicken sandwiches for those who prefer them, but I have not tried them. The roast beef used in their sandwiches is cooked through, but not over cooked. The sauce is flavorful but does not overwhelm the sandwich. Service is good and prices are reasonable. I don't eat a lot of beef, but this is one of my regular places.

Great service and great food. First time going there and it sure won't be the last!
