Love going to this laundry mat the 2 girls there are so nice and the place is so clean
Wheel Chair and Crutches capable.nHave working payment note bill breaker.nBuy service card to use for washer and dryer.nProper procedure of repairs are used for the laundry machines.nClothings are washed based on pounds weight.
It was wonderful not many ppl. That's the way I like it when I go.
Place is clean and well priced. However the lady working there is miserable. Never have I seen such poor customer service! I got yelled at for using the bathroom when all she had to do was turn the key. This lady should not be working with the public. Makes me never want to come here again. I hope and pray that her boss is reading this and disciplines her in someway!! Very sad to walk in in a good mood and leave in a bad thanks to a horrible worker.
I guess it’s under new management, last ownership was bad , terrible service, now even worse , I put my laundry in the dryer, for one hour, dint dry it at all, told the lady to put an out of service on the machine, she said the machine works , super bad service ,
