If I can put 0 stars I would ! Worst place ever , took a brand new jacket to get a SMALL stain removed and they dry cleaned the whole jacket with no permission and made all the lettering fall off ! Completely ruined my jacket , Took it back and he said it wasn’t they’re fault and would try to fix it picked it up and come home to see they glued the letters and left glue stains everywhere. So unprofessional and disgusting. never again !

Horrible cleaners. Do not go there at all. I brought my dress in to get hemmed for a wedding I was attending. The women who was doing the measurements for my dress asked if I wanted to get it dry cleaned as well, I wasn’t sure but said yes. I go to pick it up the day before the wedding and get charged for a hem and dry clean. I get all the way home to find out my dress is ruined. The dress was a velvet material and it had streaky stains as if some of the material was burned off/ruined. I call the cleaners and they were giving me such a hard time, telling me they didn’t dry clean the dress (yet I was charged for it?) and basically not wanting to do anything to help me since they ruined my dress. The man who answered the phone said only the managers could help me and they are only in Monday-Friday, early in the morning 5-6 AM. What upset me the most was I had the wedding the next day and they weren’t willing to accommodate and help me out due to their mistake and told me they couldn’t come in until Monday. I do not recommend ANYONE to come here. Please save yourself the money and time. I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option.
