Woman in office was super nice. She arranged an appointment to have our carpets cleaned for an hour after I called. Jacob was fantastic! He came early, worked hard, was extremely thorough and obliging. Lovely young man who knew what he was doing and did it well. We had raccoons break into our house while we were away. All hints of the raccoons were removed and the carpets look like new. Thank you!

We've done business with this company a number of times. We recently had 3 bedrooms hallway and 2 set a of stairs cleaned. Doug did a great job. He took his time was courteous polite and took pride in his work. The carpets came out awesome and the carpet on the stairs shocked me how clean he got them. These are 14 year old carpets but they don't look it anymore. I highly recommend carpet cleaner experts

I had scheduled a carpet cleaning service for my boyfriend's apartment last weekend. Scheduling the appointment and getting a quote was very easy and fast and I had a pleasure speaking with Katie who helped me a lot through the process and was very friendly. Carpet Cleaning Experts did a fantastic job! Their customer service is superb and Darnell was punctual, accommodating, efficient and professional. They scheduled our cleaning in less than 24 hours! Great experience. Stacey and Katie in the office are awesome. I had heavily stained carpets from a unruly tenant. The first steam cleaning didn’t get all the stains out, so they sent out a second tech out a day later to pull out the remaining heavy grease stains. There was no hassle! Great experience!
