One particular worker in general ruby his is name I believe . Extremely rude , he added his own tip to my bill. Not friendly at all had an attitude the whole time. Poor quality did my nails to thick my nail was bleeding he still filed over it after I said it hurt an then put alcohol on it after I said not to..he was so miserable.I was a loyal customer there but all because of this guy I will not be returning.
Been here a lot for acrylics and never had a bad experience! Nice people and professional.
I went here just to see if the 2.5 rating was accurate and from my experience it was great my nails were so bomb ! i was going in expecting the worst lol even my pedicure was amazing definitely will be going back
I went there with my mom for a pedicure. I then decided to get my nails a full set they didn’t put enough glue on I told them to go shorter they kept going and didn’t listen and then i got coral on my toes and I was going to get teal on my hands but they did the same color and didn’t even ask if I wanted to change the color. I came home and all my nails broke off. Such a waste of $40 will never go there again or recommend anyone.
