I Thread And Lash Spa

After my latest experience I am never going back to this salon ever again. For a couple of years now I had been getting my eyebrows threaded here every 3-4 weeks. I noticed around Christmas time a new woman seemed to be in charge of the salon. Every time you come now she insists on trying to sell you something else like eyelash extensions or teeth whitening. Rather pushy. The woman I normally see for brows was with another client so I tried a woman I had never seen there before. Another new woman was seemingly supervising her at first. The way she threaded felt so weird. Way more painful than usual. Normally they take special scissors and trim your brows. When she didn’t do this I asked her to. I realized she had no idea what she was doing. When she finished without asking me she started putting some “Amazing eyebrow mascara” on my brows chattering on about how wonderful the product was for only $18. I looked in the mirror and hated it. I politely said it wasn’t for me. I also realized by that point that she gave me two different eyebrows. One heavily trimmed so it was thin and one still very thick. Not to mention it looked like my left eyebrow was very surprised. No matter what this woman is still working during a pandemic so I left her the normal tip. She got very mad that I couldn’t leave it in cash. I didn’t want to tip her at all considering my eyebrows looked horrible. I ended up having to go to another threading salon in providence just to fix the mess she made. Never. Going. Back. Ever.

I got my eyebrows threaded there and the did an amazing job. The ladies were so friendly and patient with me because it was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. Great service and great job! I will be coming back soon to check out their other services
