Tyler was my repairman in clearance of my main soil line. What a great young man! He arrived when promised got right on the issue, diagnosed my problem and promptly resolved my problem. I've seen all the negative reviews but I'm in the mindset of judging how I'm treated. For me I will use the company again based on Tyler's professionalism

I was leery about this company after reading their reviews, but actually had a great experience. The home warranty company selected this company to repair the furnace at my parents house this week. I was contacted by a nice lady first thing in the morning telling me that someone would arrive 12-4 pm. I received a call at 1pm from Don saying he was on his way. He was very courteous & honest. He explained what was the issue & corrected the problem. Couldn't have sent a nicer man. I'm very happy with their service. It seems like most of the negative reviews are plumbing issues. I wouldn't hesitate to call for heating & cooling.

We used Wiese through our home warranty. The guy who serviced our A/C most recently was great! Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name but he was an older gentleman who had been in the business for quite a long time and had worked for Acme in the past. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience great. We will definitely use Wiese in the future.

We had an appointment with the 12-4 window on a Friday. Never showed up or called. There is no emergency number or voicemail to contact them over the weekend to have hot water tank fixed. Now have to wait until Monday. Horrible customer service!!!! Do NOT use them.nnFast forward 2 years!!! Same problem!! Couldn't fix hot water tank when they came. Claim they had to order a part. Waited over a week. Never showed on 2 appts. After I call they claim the supplier doesn't have part, which should have been realized when we had 2 other appts scheduled. Now being told they have no idea when it can be fixed. NEVER NEVER USE!!! Then the person who schedules and answers phone wants me to be calm. I dont think so!!!

EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They promised to come out and fix our toilet on NYE between 12-4 pm. We started calling and texting their office before 3 pm and there was no response. Never heard from the company and never showed up. We would’ve simply called another company if they would’ve at least had the courtesy to let us know they weren’t coming. Do not call this company if you want your plumber to actually show up and do the work.
