Javier was our Restoration Specialist and he kept us up to date on the progress of the kitchen. He supervised the cabinet fix people, the mold specialist, and the counter top people. Javier also made sure the kitchen was in great working condition before he left the job. I would want Javier on any huge project needed on my plumbing because he does excellent work as well as Keeping us informed as to when workers would or would not be at our home.
Arthur was amazing! We had tree roots backing up our main drain. I put a same day request in online and he came on time with the hydro blaster, and cameras to see if it was necessary. Arthur walked me through the process, showed me the roots in thr pipes (which were awful!), and explained how to keep up with thr aftercare. Arthur was thorough and professional. Thank you!
