What is there to say about DBJ that hasn’t been said? It’s Wednesday night and the awful toilet in my girlfriend’s apartment won’t flush. Maybe it was her four day constipation that started the problem that night but honestly we’ve been having issues with it since I moved in around March due to the pandemic. The idea of not being able to use the toilet was extremely problematic as we had just returned from the lake where our diets consisted of guac, corn chips, hot dogs, burgers, pizza, croissants and a lot and I mean a lot of coffee. Maybe Mr. Bowl was just overwhelmed by all the extra dumps they’ve been dealing with. My high fiber diet certainly doesn’t help. Regardless, on both occasions where every homemade remedy in the book had been tried and my girlfriend had another score to settle thanks to her Ducolax doing its thing, DBJ was there to make things right. Both occasions were later in the evening and both times the representative was pleasant, professional and efficient. Thank you for saving us from severe embarrassment, DBJ!
I have used Drains by James on several occasions. They always respond promptly and provide excellent service.
