I don't have much to complain about the actual construction, but the contractor (Mike) didn't pull any permits despite explicitly telling me he would. Luckily I called the building department before paying, so I was able to talk to them and get everything sorted out, but it took a week longer than it should have and the receptionist was unhappy about the situation. I would recommend checking any permit work yourself if you use these people, otherwise, the construction was fine.

I needed my radiators' valves replaced, and the radiators themselves pitched correctly. Seamus called a half-hour in advance of his arrival, and when he arrived, he was quick & professional, handling each radiator efficiently. He was clearly knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. It's been a week, and the banging we used to experience when our heat was on is gone! These guys rock.

Seamus was fantastic. Not only totally capable of taking care of the problem at hand, we also presented a secondary issue and he was so great about looking into that and coming up with solutions for that as well. He is super thoughtful, capable, and driven to bring out the best outcome. And on top of all of that, he's just a super nice guy. Highly recommend!

It was our second time meeting with Seamus from LLC Mechanical, today. Seamus knows everything about furnaces! Clearly he has worked in this business for years and knows it in and out. He gave us clear explanations to our questions and great advice. Service was of good quality too. Thank you!

Mike came to the rescue when our furnace refused to produce/output adequate heat. He thoroughly tested every element from gas line pressure to ignition voltages until he pinpointed the source of the problem. He then consulted with a colleague on the phone to confirm his diagnosis. Rather than simply order the part and come back another day to install it, he drove into Boston to pick up it up from the distributor and installed it the same day so we wouldn’t have to endure another cold night! Great, friendly service, excellent communication throughout the whole process! Thanks, Mike!
