Amazing food, favorite fast food place to go to. Tastes better than other options.
Waited 15 minutes for food only to not get what we ordered. Asked for cheddar to be on a sandwich after being asked whether or not we wanted it to go on or be on the side and got it on the side. Asked for marinara and got none for two orders of mozzarella sticks. On top of it all they wanted to apologize for our wait by giving us a coupon that expired on 9/30/19. This is not the first time they have done this either.
Ordinarily good fast food. Roast beef and poppers are our choice. However, today they were out of roast beef! An Arby's and they didn't have roast beef? The employee making sliders was coughing so much that I was happy she wasn't filling an order for me. The young lady cashiering tried her best to be professional and carry on. Kiddos to her. Not a good experience at Arby's but I'll be back on another day.
Nice friendly workers. Even though it was rush hour for them, they kept going and kept up with the orders. I add with not getting the orders wrong. I placed an order and the cashier left me know about the specials that were going on for lunch..
