(We had our Septic Tank Emptied)nThe lady that answered the phone was very kind. She listened when I told her I believed my septic tank might need emptied because we could smell a poo poo smell in our home. She was very helpful. She got the crew out here within 2hrs. Scott & Jim were on time. Friendly & ready to work to get our problem solved. Jim was very nice answering all of our many many questions. He explained how often the septic tank should be emptied. He aslo told us to watch out for signs that could lead to a bigger problem.nScott was a bit on the quiet side, although he was eager to get the work done & done right.nWe are very happy with our service we received. The price was also a HUGE relief.nFor some reason I thought getting a septic tank emptied was so expensive however this company put me @ easy with the payment. We definitely recommend them & will be a return customer in the future!!!

They were great! Came when scheduled and took care of the pumping and hydro jetted the clog in the pipe. Would recommend!

I called in with a mainline stoppage with sewage backing up into the basement. The woman who answered the phone was highly unprofessional, rude, and condescending. She answered on speakerphone and sounded like she would rather be anywhere else. After questioning everything I had to say and berating me for not knowing how long it’s been backing up (which really doesn’t matter when it’s actively backing up, and I honestly don’t go to the basement often) I was quoted a price of $400 just to run a snake. Absolutely horrible service from someone who has no business answering the phone, I had to hang up before sharing choice words of my own. I managed a plumbing company prior to moving up to Mansfield and if I were to treat any of my customers this way, especially the new ones, and those calling with an emergency, I can guarantee they too would have hung up and kept calling.
