Always hot food. Fast friendly and courteous. Gyros are great. Love the chicken and fish sandwichs.

This place is CONSTANTLY awful. Even with no line or wait they forget things, don’t ever give sauce even when you ask multiple times. Hopefully they can get their stuff together because as a once big fan of the place I hardly visit anymore due to constantly having botched orders or forgotten items...

I love Arby's and had never had a problem with this location until now. My boyfriend and i doordashed a combo each and a side of mac and cheese and when we received it they had forgotten our mac, i called up there right away and explained we had gotten the fork but no mac and the man was very apologetic and told me to get a refund through doordash and come back through sometime and they would replace it. I go up there today, order my combo and tell them i was told i could receive my mac and cheese after explaining it to them. Another lady came on the speaker and asked when i called if the person said their name or asked for mine and i said no, realizing this was probably suspicious to them but i was very truthful. They gave me an attitude telling me they weren't supposed to do that because they weren't affiliated with doordash which i understand but Arby's forgot the mac and cheese not doordash and so after the attitude they finally agree to fulfill their promise. But the mac and cheese i received was the crustiest mac and cheese ever. Looks like it was stuck to a pan for a week. If you're upset thats fine but don't give me bad product.

3/13/21nDrive thru service was awful.nHad to ask twice for straws and napkins, after pulling away noticed that there was still no straws and a drink was missing.nCalled number on door, (drive thru service only available) and number didn't work.... Had to sit in drive thru line again to get completed order.nOnce I explained what was wrong, the young man at the window hands me 12 straws and the drink. No apology, just turns and walks away.nWORST ARBY'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!
