This company exhibits strong professionalism and courtesy. I had a leak that I needed checked immediately, and Plumbing 911 was very responsive, sending one of their plumbers, Adam, out the morning after the call. He was very polite, and really took his time diagnosing the situation. He explained everything he was doing in an understandable way. After testing numerous things, I believe he correctly diagnosed the issue. I would highly recommend this company - they were easy to deal with, very pleasant, and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Was fast and easy to get work completed. Staff both in office, and on site of the repair, were friendly and very helpful. They explained until we completely understood exactly what was needed and different options available.nnWhile I hope not to have to contact anyone again, any time soon, I will be happy to have them be the ones to do what is needed. We moved into this house 11 months ago and have had on going plumbing issues for majority of our time here. The house was flipped and unfortunately, not done completely right, especially with the plumbing side. We have had several other plumbers out to unclog back up from both sections of our house. We also kept having issues with a toilet leaking into the basement. Our tech repaired the toilet and then discovered we had a clog. He ran the camera down and discovered what has been giving us problems for months! The two main drains went into one that led to the septic and it was connected very poorly! Our tech offered to come in on his off day because he felt we didn’t have much time until the problem got worse. Within a few hours the main drain was repaired and with the large amount of work done, there was barely a mess. I was so impressed since we have had not so stellar experiences with other companies thus far. As someone who works for a contracting business, I truly appreciate the honesty, politeness, and the extra steps to protect our house from damage and dirt during the whole process. The scheduler on the phones was also incredible. Empathetic, good listening skills and truly made an annoying situation, less annoying. Thank you guys and as I loved the work done, I hope we don’t have to call for a while! But if we have any other issues, this is the company we will be calling.
