I’ve been getting my brows threaded at three different places over the past six years, and never have I had a worst experience or results.nnMy brows are uneven, far too thin, and the arch is so unnatural, dramatic, and completely in the wrong place. I asked just for a cleanup, but the entire shape was changed for the worse. I’ve been crying since I got my brows done. I wish masks covered our upper face so I could hide this mess.nnIt would be one thing if the staff had been friendly and had just made a mistake, but they were incredibly, ridiculously rude the entire time. I should’ve seen it as a sign and left immediately, but I didn’t. Don’t make my mistake. Would give zero stars if I could

I have now been a customer at Neeta’s for over 5 years and can sincerely say that they are hands down the best salon and spa around. Firstly, the place is always sparkling clean and very professional, which are both important to me. The staff is super friendly and inviting, they always make you feel comfortable and greet you with a smile. Their services are excellent and prices are quite reasonable. I have personally gotten and continue to get facials, haircut and color, waxing, eyebrow threading, hair and make up regularly. Everyone at Neeta’s goes above and beyond to get to know you and work with you to determine the best services for you. I have always received numerous compliments every time I have used them for my special occasions, especially, hair and make up. Even for your day to day beauty needs, they never rush you and provide the best beauty recommendations according to your skin. Their products are hygienic, organic and of superior quality. They will always go the extra mile to make every customer happy. I love going there because they never compromise on the quality and service. I can trust them with any service and I refuse to go anywhere else.
