Don't download the app unless you want to share your credit card information in their link- they say they will give you a free slice of pie if you download their app, but what you have to do is create an account including credit card...nService was good once we got seated, after waiting nearly 20 minutes to be seated, no one greeted us, the staff all appeared to be paying more attention to those who walked in for take out orders.nThe restaurant wasn't busy, food was as expected, served fairly quickly, biscuit was cold.
Staff was so nice and welcoming. Food was comforting and tasted like homemade. Reminded me of wonderful memories of childhood. (which was quite a while ago. Lol) All around a great experience!
My 7-year old and I went to lunch here today and everything about our experience rubbed me the wrong way. For starters, no hostess and no greeting when we entered. We just stood there waiting to be acknowledged by one of the many workers in the service area. Once seated we waited a few minutes, but the server was polite and quick to bring our drinks. However, the kitchen and wait staff were arguing and throwing their arms up at each other and having loud conversations. Probably not a good thing to do when you are exposed to the entire dining area! They were acting unprofessional and snapping at each other constantly. Wouldn’t have been so bad but I sat there waiting to be checked on so I could ask for my bill for approximately 20 minutes! On our way out there was a man who appeared to be having the same experience; as he questioned if they were seating people or not since he hadn’t even been greeted by staff. Where was management? They need a course on professionalism!!!!
Good food, great service
Had the best Bobby’s experience ever. Nicole and Andrea’s service is unbeatable, give them a raise! 11/10 will be returning.
