They always close early (at random times) and it screws me over at least once a week. I see people come in all the time at the exact same time as me, when it's supposed to be open, just to be lied to by the hours. People are nice and food is good but whoever decides to close early is dumb, just change the hours if u wanna close earlier
Good food. Staff seems totally new to the store, but better than the crew they had Summer/Fall of 2019.
Not really happy with the Cleveland St. ELYRIA location. Been shorted one item about 3 times the past 2 weeks I went late at night. Given order really fast and had to call to complain and sometimes do not get a receipt. Daytime service was better. They cut their hours and are closed Wed and Sunday's which I wasn't aware of until today.
Woman at the drive through had a vaporizer hanging out of her back pocket and her cellphone in another. What other reason would she have this on her personal body..if she were to bump a counter and the mouth piece touches the counter its a safety hazard. Also a public health hazard. Not to mention the fact her having it in her back pocket really makes you think.... HOW MANY TIMES HAS SHE VAPED WHILE INSIDE THE BUILDING. Pure negligence.
Awesome service. We walked in with a big take out order. All fresh and fast.
