The issue I have with this business is the inconsistent hours, I had to turn around multiple times due to this business being closed without notice.nnAs a member or at least I thought I was since I pay monthly, you would think there would be some notification through email or text if this site is closed.nnHonestly, if this continues I will have no other choice than to cancel my membership and do business elsewhere, it is a waist of my time to go to this site only to turn around because its closed, but I never miss a payment since I pay monthly.nnHonor your hours and be available like the signs you have posted, this is my only issue. I truly hope you read these comments and resolve the issues that are expressed by your customers...this would be the best place for a cash wash, but availability is the best ability.

This is in response to the the reply I just received. If y’all want to truly do the right thing then whoever replied should look up my information and call me directly. I refuse to talk with the manager at this location again and would like to talk with a higher up. I called your 888 number and spoke with your call center and they told me that your district manager would contact me and never has. You want me to call your store number? Why? So I can deal with the same manager who has no customer service skills? Nor respects customers? It’s like I stated, if y’all do the right thing and fix my truck then I will gladly remove my reviews.

Not impressed with the over all wash process. The least amount is 7.00. Honestly I could do it better myself at a coin operated do it yourself car wash.

This was my first visit to Car Wash USA, I was amazed at how clean my vehicle was after the automatic wash. I cannot hand wash it and it look as good as it does.

Winter is here and so is the salt. Went there twice this week on nice days to get the salt washed off of my car and they aren’t open. I pay $40 a month for unlimited washes and am now going to cancel and head somewhere that operates during the business hours they tell everyone. Waste of gas and time. Thanks.
