The guys here always offer to take the magnet off my car and hand it to me so I dont lose it in the wash. And my daughter is a new driver and he helped guide her in the tire rails for the automatic wash. My cars always look great after visiting here. And they're much less expensive than the other 2 newer car washes.
The monitor is nice to make your selection, however there are to many prompts and I was behind an elderly man who was struggling for 3-4 minutes...and thought what could be so time consuming...when I got up there, I could see you really have to watch what you tap..The wash did good as well as the dryer. Proceed with caution when pulling out and going by other bays..it's very congested and not much room for error. Overall good experience.
Very satisfied with the customer service I received! Had attempted to use the car wash while it was frozen and the owner immediately sent me a code for a free wash and she was very friendly!
I went through this car wash and noticed scratches on my brand new Kia Sorrento. Three on the back left panel, one on the front back door., two on the hood and a small one on the back right. I was with my girlfriend and her daughter as well as my two daughters. We all took pictures of the scratches. And called the owner. She did the usual. Looked at the film and said the scratches happened after the car got out of the wash. Not likely. I noticed them 45 minutes later. I know someone im Ridgeville that can buff them out for. I know someone in Ridgeville that can buff them out for a reasonable price but it is the principal of the whole thing and the fact that they take no responsibility for their service. I would strongly advise anyone against ever going to the Wash Wizzard ever again.nnPSnnThe owner was arrogant enough to tell me that no one Ever went through her car wash and got scratches.nnRIIIIGHT!
