David came to our house after the floor drain in our laundry room wouldn’t drain. He was very friendly and professional and got the job done. Not only did he fix that drain issue, but also he spent time giving us tips on how to deal with some other drains that have been giving us trouble. He went above and beyond what we asked him to do. We highly recommend Glasmeier Plumbing.
Had them out to do an estimate, we were quoted way less than what it would cost. So when I called them to try and get scheduled they never called back, apparently they know they screwed up. When they came to do the estimate they did not bring a camera to view the pipes, unlike the other companies. They obviously can not give a correct quote without viewing the problem, they just assumed what the problem was.
We recently had Jonathan come and replace a shut off valve that didnt at our toilet after a leak. He was great! Explained our options for repair/replacement and all options/costs if we needed further follow up (since ate going to redo the bathroom). We have used the for years and they have always been great. We have referred them to several coworkers and everyone always thinks the do a great job.
Responded very fast. Did a good job installing water heater. They never sent invoice - and were - very, very, very, very expensive. Would not recommend unless you are stuck and have big $$$$$
Top shelf service.i will use them again.
