Went to Ace Hardware in West Jordan, Utah. The service is exceptionally good. The works are always helpful and are more than willing to assist you and for the most part they know where everything is located if you need to shorten the time in the store and get on with your business. Plus this trip they did not have the size I needed do the store worker and looked up the item on the store computer found the item I needed ordered two of the them. Had me fill out my name and phone number and when the items come into the store in a day or so they will call me so I can go in and pick it up. This was exceptional customer service that not only saves me time but I do not have to go on line and order the item I need and it saved me paying the shipping charges do I benefited twice. Great customer service Ace Hardware West Jordan, Utah.

I went in needing a gas powered chainsaw. Most other stores in the area only had battery powered ones so I thought I would check Ace since I had been in before and always had a great experience. Wyatt noticed I was upset about not being able to find a gas powered chainsaw in the store and approached me about one he had just gotten in that was in the back. It felt like I was being let in on some big secret. We went into the back and he started it up to show me how easily it was to work. I bought it right away. This kind of service isn't happening at Home Depot or Lowe's. Thanks Wyatt and thank you Ace!

Every time we go to Ace in West Jordan everyone is super friendly and helpful. From the moment we walk in they ask if we need help and guide us where we need to go. Malik was extremely nice and made our shopping experience that much better. Definitely an asset to the company. Thanks Malik!

Love this store and the staff. I'm always pleasantly surprised. Even if they dont have what I'm looking for, I'm glad I stopped there first. But they usually have what I need.

Ace has become a very valuable resorce for me. They have a fantastic nuts and bolts, screws, fasteners section. I know where to get what i need.
