This is an awesome hardware store. I will never go to Home Depot or Lowe's again. I especially love, (my wallet verifies this) the BBQ section. Grills, tools, accessories, spice blends, etc. It's great.
I’ve always loved the store and this is near my house. But every time I go in they can’t find my account, they don’t really help or know the product... I just called and was forgotten about, I held for ten minutes before I hung up and called back only to be told “oh yeah! Oh yeah we don’t have that” I think the lack of customer care says it all. I’m going back to shopping at home depot.
Ace is convenient! Easy to park, easy to find what you're looking for. Staff is helpful and pretty well trained. If you hate wandering around the giant home stores then Ace is the place for you.
I was helped by Ethan. He was very helpful and made the experience great even though I had originally bought the wrong thing due to my own negligence. Definitely a good place if you need some help doing it right.
