NOT the place to go for plumbing supplies.
I am a contractor doing a bathroom remodel, and the plumber needed a specific part. We called ahead to make sure they had what was needed, and asked that it be held at the counter, before I drove across town for it. What the store staff sold me was NOT correct. Consequently, this supposed Plumbing specialty store wasted over an hour of my time, as well as the time of the plumber who was waiting on the part. When I called the store about their mistake, I was informed that they didn’t actually have the correct part, and offered an annoyed apology.
We eventually found the correct part at M1 Specialties. This place was fantastic!!! Their staff is super friendly, actually know their plumbing, AND their prices on parts are far better than Standard. M1 is absolutely my companies new go-to plumbing source!
The people there are terrific! Helpful and very fun to talk with.....their driver Roger was soooooo helpful and courteous...he deserves more!
Excited to have this spot in my neighborhood with a knowledgeable staff and great turnaround on special order plumbing, these folks have been a huge help with our renovations.
Standard Plumbing is the place to be, won't go anywhere else for anything related
