We would get some water in our normally dry basement after a hard rain so I called Valu-Rooter for a free estimate. They called me a half an hour before their scheduled arrival time to let me know they were on their way. Josh arrived and surveyed the situation and gave me a fair quote to jet out the footer tile. I showed him what I thought was an access point. He scheduled an appointment and came back to perform the cleaning only to find the assess point was not viable. The only option was to dig at 2 corners of the house, jet the tile and install above ground clean outs. The quote to do all that was far less than I expected. Josh and crew, who were all very professional and friendly showed up a few days later and within 6 hours had the entire project done. I had no idea footer tile needs cleaned every 5 to 7 years. I feel they went over and above what was expected. When you are dealing with that much dirt it is hard to keep everything clean but they did an outstanding job. If you have a damp basement, don't take the risk of black mold and your family getting sick.
