Rockside Carryout

We are in the area for a few days away from Cbus. This place was on our map for food and while the place is small, the food is big! It was super and we were all very full! The chef is great and very kind. Good place to stop for a meal :)

Got dinner there and it was amazing and the night staff was very friendly will definitely be back and recamend anyone who hasn't bin there to stop and try it

Ok, this pains me to only give 3 stars because I really want to give it 4 stars but after this week, their lucky I'm giving them 3 stars. I called dec 5 (sat) around 12:41 in the afternoon and ordered a large pepperoni pizza. The lady who took my order sounded very busy and I could tell, she was the one cooking. . I gave her my name.and she said give me 25 minutes. I said ok. When I got there, there was a big order in front of me. The young lady gave the man his order and I looked over at the heat lamp and there was no pizza. I'm pretty sure the young lady gave that man my pizza or they never made it to begin with with. Also, I'm almost positive that man didn't even pay for his food. When I got up there, ofcourse there was no pizza or even a apology. Pretty much just asked if I wanted to wait for another pizza. Not even a hey, I'll give you half off price for your pizza. Nothing. Not even I'm sorry. My house spends over 120.00 bucks there every week with dinner twice a week , a bottle.of wine, and jerky and gummi bears so I feel like we are a valued customer. Rockside does have good food considering that the place is in the middle of nowhere. I dont live close so I basically drove there and back for no reason. Unacceptable!!! When I looked at their reviews I saw other people had the same problem with not even getting their order when they drove all the way there. Rockside get it together!! If you want to survive into day's climate, you have to take it to next level. And making sure the customer's get their order is like basic level one. Some suggetaions might be confirmation numbers you write down When you take the order and tell customer too! Also use a Sharpe and write down the number on the take out boxes or at least the customer's name. C'mon guys, I'll give you one more chance.

Great place to eat & socialize with good people. Food is always good and you can always order and pick food up as well.

Called for fish dinner; I was told 40 mins. Stop in 2 woman sitting out front little girl inside alone cooking. Didn't even know order was placed. Pretty bad leaving newbie alone! Sad!
