Very rude girls at window. Didn't give everything I ordered. Tried to say I needed to add the amount for what I had just ordered. Then mouthed off as we was driving away. Very rude wouldn't recommend going to this one. Then the one girl refused to give me my receipt bc she knew she was in wrong.

It's good & well priced. I love the protein bowl, but every time I order it online or drive thru, one item is missing. Not always the same item... black beans, guacamole, skimpy on the chicken...

Usually forget stuff in your order. Staff lacks any personality most of the time. Menu has went downhill. It's okay for a quick taco when you have a craving but, overall food quality is messy and portions have gone down.

Worst service ever !!! Only had 8 frys in the fry container . I asked for meat and cheese only ...it had lettuce then I gave it back and they gave us a taco with more cheese than meat. I told the manager and she didnt care she told me to have a good day.

I love Taco Bell but this new one on Wheeling Ave is a joke. I live 22mins away, stopped by on my way home when I was leaving town. I went threw the drive threw I ordered two soft and two Dorito Loco taco’s. They short changed me which I wasn’t all that upset with because is was only a quarter, then handed me a sealed for my convenience bag. When I got home I have two soft tacos and one regular hard shell taco. Then I had to drive all the way back just for them to give me the correct food. So to summarize short changed, food incorrect and a 22 minute ride home a 22 minute ride back and another 22 minute ride again home just to get my food. No Reimbursement or anything again this place is a joke. I have never heard of such horrible service ever in my life. I would give them zero stars but it doesn’t have that option
