Love this place! Every time I walk in the office I feel like family! Lol I am family
Charged me 1500 for labor on a job that should have taken them 2 hours if the were efficient. Someone recommended them because they had a machine to freeze pipes. One of my radiators started leaking and there was no way to shutoff the water to it without taking the whole system down. I chose them because they had the tools that should have made them able to do the job efficiently. The plumber that came out didn’t even have the tools needed to do the job after having told them it was necessary the day before. The plumber spend 4 hours doing absolutely nothing and an extra 2 hours going to get CO2 for the Machine. That’s almost 600 in labor for nothing.nnI highly recommend anybody over these guys...they will rip you off!
I wish I would of read reviews first did not know you paid travel time over 600.00 for a fifteen minute job and 20.00 or so part.I saw their address was Wauseon based never imagined this but on a good note I'm letting everyone know about this experience I've had at work.
