From the pleasant phone call with Jeff booking our appointment to Kevin's expertise on finding & repairing our leak, the overall experience was great! We will be sure to use H2R for future work plus refer them to friends in the future!!

We received the worst, most unprofessional service from H2R Plumbing that we’ve ever received from any home service company or contractor. We called them on Wednesday evening because we had a sudden, small water leak in the ceiling of our newly finished basement, so we were trying to find a 24/7 emergency plumber and H2R Plumbing Services had great Google reviews. I got ahold of Jeff Allard, who also owns Home Rescue&Remodeling LLC and H2R Plumbing Services on Wednesday evening. He said he’d try to get ahold of his plumber, but his plumber probably wouldn’t be able to get out to our house that evening, but he’d let me know. Jeff Allard then texted me, saying he was 2 minutes away because he was “already in the area for another job”. I didn’t have my phone with me, since I was working to get our water line shut off, so neither my wife or I knew he was coming out. Jeff just showed up, without us even knowing he was coming, and without giving us any upfront cost estimate or pricing to come out, so that we could give consent for him/them to come out and do any work to our home. Jeff just showed up and all he did was shut our water off, which I was doing anyway. Then he told us that he was doing us a “favor” by not charging us their typical, over $250 after hours call charge. He’d get his plumber, Nathaniel Jones of H2R plumbing, out to our house the next morning. His plumber came out to our house the next morning, and Looked underneath our kitchen sink, told us the faucet was bad, which Jeff had already told us the evening before.nnThe plumber called me 5 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to inform me he wouldn’t be coming because I “was going to have my home warranty company reimburse the expense to repair my water leak.” Even after I stated I would just need a receipt and I’ll handle dealing with the warranty company.nnIf you didn’t want to come out and do the work, fine inform me that when I first made you aware of the home warranty company two days ago. Don’t tell me 5 minutes before you’re scheduled to arrive. Not only did you waste my time, I could have found another provider in the two days, but you put me and my family in pinch as we’re going without water in our kitchen until next week unless I get lucky enough to find another plumber.
