As a salesman, I travel a lot and eat a lot of convenient foods. This location in particular, has raised the bar for my sub sandwich experience. If I’m in the area. This is where I’m going to eat. Price is eh when you think about how much food you can get at chipotle for the same price.nnBut I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and how perfect my sub tasted. Thanks for being awesome.
I used to love this location. The staff is always friendly, with one exception, but hopefully she retires soon. Last time I was there was months ago, and after waiting forever for an online order, while people just walking in were getting taken care of, I decided to take a break from them. Today was their chance to redeem themselves. I placed on online order. I arrive and the restaurant is empty. I check to see if my order is ready on the table and it's not. I wasn't expecting it to be because I had a hot sub and knew it would take a while. So I hung back. They asked me the name on my order. After this 3 people came in, ordered, got the food and left. One was a hot sub also. Still don't have my food. Finally I get my subs 18 minutes after my pickup time. I'm done with this location
Good grub - seems like the price has crept up a little lately.
This location can't handle the volume it has. Not doing right by your customers when you operate like this.
