We had Shakley Mechanical install a completely new heating and air conditioning system. Their crew of Jim,Cory and Brandon did an outstanding job with the install. They completed the job in one day. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and put away. Jim took extra time to go over the operation of the new system. They are truly customer service experts.
Four employees did the install - Cory, Jim, Brandon, and, the person that arranged everything, Andy. I highly recommend them. They did fantastic, timely work.
We have had so many issues with heating and air conditioning since moving into our home. Our system finally broke this summer and Shakley tried to fix it but the system couldn’t be saved. So we ordered a new unit and they came out to install it. Jim, Brandon, and Corey worked effectively and explained everything to me. They were quick, considerate and very knowledgeable. They were very polite and easy to talk to! Highly recommend!
