We have been using Nixco for years and they have always been great. Cannot comment on value as I have nothing to compare them too. They always respond quickly and do great work. Very professional and punctual. Highly recommend. Russ is a great plumber and has helped us many times!!
Russ came this morning to determine if we had a water heater problem or a faucet problem in the shower. He made the assessment quickly but the faucet didn’t cooperate. But he pursued the information he need and was able to do a successful repair. Also repaired a toilet as well. Great work. Very friendly and very competent. Made it seem not stressful for him or for us. Thanks so much!!
I would highly recommend Nixco Plumbing. We first tried several other independent plumbers and had no success with recognizing or fixing the issues. Nixco was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it taken care of. There even was no charge for a few quick adjustments made on shower heads. The professionalism, timeliness and customer service was impeccable. Our service person, Brandon, took the time to answer questions and look at some additional things that were not originally scheduled. Nixco Plumbing will have our business for any future needs.
Chris was awesome. He was able to come out the same day, research the issue, and fix it in a very timely manner. He walked me through all of his findings to make sure I was up to speed on the root cause, and to make sure I was comfortable with the work that needed to be performed. I’m very happy with the work, and would highly recommend Nixco.
Update 2021: We had a leaky sink and a water hammer issue with a bad faucet in our basement. Steve arrived and fixed the issues promptly. He also checked our expansion tank noting that the bladder had gone bad and it should be replaced. Steve is always happy to share options for water softeners, replacing water heaters, etc. He answers all of our questions with no sales pressure. We know our water heater will need to be replaced soon and it’s nice to know we can count on Steve & Nixco to do the job well.nOriginal review 2020: The guys from Nixco arrived on time and were very helpful. They answered all of my questions and took time to check out all areas of concern. We also had three toilets replaced and are very happy with the work. Pricing was upfront and fair. They delivered quality work as promised!
