We had Austin from A1 Heating and Cooling up to repair/replace the corroded flue pipes,excellent work,professionally done and completed,Austin was extremely professional,friendly and had a great attitude. This is the second time we’ve had him here for service. We couldn’t be more pleased with A1 and Austin. They are from now on our go to for service.

All of the A1 team have been amazing to work with after my furnace and air conditioner were destroyed in a flood. Brad and Barbie Welker and their assistant Tonya are excellent at their jobs and great People and are professionals at customer service. Austin and the rest of the team took such good care of us. Would hire them again and again. So happy with the results!

Dale Hillis was the technician that came to my house and fixed things for me a week ago. Very professional and polite. He explained everything to me and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend A1 Heating and Cooling, Plumbing for all your needs. I am very sorry to hear about his passing. ;-(

Had a technician come out to check out our gas furnace. The tech diagnosis it as a bad control board was priced roughly at $500. Told the tech if that was the issue to go ahead and fix it. That way we would have our furnace ready for the fall. Tech was very pleasant; however after installing the control board the tech realized that there might be a hole in the heat exchanger. After inspection he found a hole and condemned the unit. But since the control board was installed I was out of $500 and have a condemned unit. Only way I could get some of my money back was to install a new furnance/ac. I don’t pretend to be an expert but I had several people tell me that the heat exchanger should have been checked before replacing the control board. Take my story as a precautionary tale. They might do quality work but unfortunately I got the short end on this one. $500 lesson in life.

He came and changed the capacitor on my outside unit, didn't fix the problem. Returned the next day and added freon didn't fix the problem!!! Called the next day, 2 weeks later I have never received a return call, and out $400. Called ADVANCED HEATING AND COOLING, A-1 installed the wrong size capacitor. I believe my air system was above his intelligence level. HUGE RIP OFF. Should have told me from the got go he couldn't fix it. Will never call again
