I frequent this place for propane refills every month and overall would say it’s a good place to shop. The employees are friendly however sometimes short staffed and having to manage many things at once and it’s difficult to fault them and also difficult to fault management as I understand the balance required for labor and staffing. The place could be cleaner but overall enjoyable experience and love the propane refills. I recommend!
I don't know if it's all TSC stores or just my local 1. You can't trust the prices on the shelves anymore.nnI have a small business and we use to get supplies from TSC, but in the past few months the prices that are shown don't ring true. So because of this I will not shop there anymore, the worst of it is they are the closest store to me.
Very rude and unhelpful worker, come to find out it’s the manager! Kid at the register had a positive attitude even though he had a long line with no help from the other man.
Employee made an honest mistake and management went ABOVE AND BEYOND to compensate me for the inconvenience. I am very impressed and will make the drive to come to this TSC from now on!
Very polite and plenty of staff to help out
