I was looking for a type of kitchen storage and couldn't find what I was looking for. As I was wandering around looking perplexed, one of their employees asked me if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for, and he began to search for me. Another store employee came by and the first asked if he was familiar with what I was looking for. He went immediately to a storage section that should have had what I wanted. He checked every section and found they do not carry what I was looking for. He was amazed and said he could not believe that they did not carry it. The two employees were super nice and went over and above to try and help me. I sincerely appreciate their effort. It made me appreciate the store more for hiring these kind people.
Wide variety of merchandise. Prices are very reasonable. Helpful staff around every corner. Online pick up is extremely easy and Abigail at security gate was a pleasure to work with. Keep up the GREAT work
These guys have just about every thing. When it comes to selection of wood they don't have a competitor in the big box space. Simply have more and higher quality than the others.
Tracy was exceptional with her product knowledge and her customer service. She helped me wrap my finished grade lumber with plastic wrap and keep it from me weather. We’re talking over 100 12ft boards too!mnShe personally led me to every item i needed.
